Mashable posted a great blog yesterday about employee retention titled 8 Ways to Keep Your Employees Happy. In it they mention how important having a good corporate culture is and we couldn't agree more. Last month FLG, in conjunction with Sonic Foundry, Enterprise Engagement Alliance, The Engagement Agency and Coffman Organization hosted an engagement seminar* in our home city of Madison, WI. Curt Coffman spoke for over an hour on the importance of culture in the workplace and how it relates to employee retention.
